Freddy Krueger is one of the first anti-heroes I met during my movie nights. I grew up in France, where all the movies and titles were translated into French. There’s a special place in my heart for the 80s and 90s voice actors and directors who sometimes did an amazing job, and sometimes just made up stories to match the actors’ lip movements.
You’ll notice on the lullaby that I had to substitute some letters and switch to English because the typeface I chose was missing a few characters. Letterpress printing is often made of lucky accidents, French is my mother tongue, but after 8 years in the USA, I tend to forget how to use it and mix and match my words.
